If you turn on the optional AI explanations, you connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google account and are billed directly by that provider for the requests you make. Reclaim never charges you for this, and any billing questions are handled under that provider's own terms.
If we introduce a paid plan in the future, we'll publish a clear money-back guarantee here before you can buy anything. We'd rather refund a dissatisfied customer than keep an unhappy one.
